Now, in India education is a big black business. There is lack of well equipped government film institutes. Majority of film institutes not giving quality of education. Private institutes are cheating students by taking lakhs of rupees as a fees. The same sad thing happening with film students again and again. I am not saying that all private film schools are bad. N number of private film schools are in India. But 95% of students can’t join there due to their high fees up to 25 lakhs. They openly demand lakhs of rupees from students.
Highly talented Poor and middle class students can’t afford that much of money to private film schools. For all poor students who wish to learn film making, government film institutes are lifeline. The government film institutes are less in number and not well equipped with all modern instruments. But among those institutes FTII (Film and Television Institute of India, Pune) and SRFTI (Satyajeet Roy Film and Television Institute, Kolkata) are best. As compared to others these two film institutes are best place to learn film making. FTII and SRFTI are two cheap and best institutes to learn art of film making.
